Standard Rate
A payment is required to confirm the booking.
If the booking is made at least 7 days before arrival, it may be cancelled free of charge within the first 24 hours after confirmation.
After this period:
- If cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded, less a 3% cancellation administration fee applied to the refundable amount.
- If cancelled between 14 and 29 days before arrival, 50% of the total accommodation price is non-refundable.
- If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, 100% of the total accommodation price is non-refundable.
Cancellation Administration Fee
Where a cancellation results in a refund, a 3% cancellation administration fee will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover administrative and payment-processing costs.
This fee does not apply to cancellations made within the 24-hour free-cancellation period following booking confirmation.
Non-Refundable Rate
Reservations made under the non-refundable rate require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
This policy does not affect any rights the guest may have under mandatory applicable law.
