1. Accommodation
These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to direct reservations for Villa Habana, a registered tourist accommodation in El Vendrell, Tarragona, Spain.
The maximum occupancy of the property is8 guests.
2. Reservations
A reservation is subject to availability, the price and conditions presented during the booking process, and confirmation of the reservation.
The person making the reservation is responsible for providing accurate booking and guest information and for ensuring that all members of the group comply with the applicable conditions.
3. Registered Guests
Only guests included in the reservation and registered as required by applicable regulations may stay overnight at Villa Habana.
Occasional daytime visitors are permitted provided that the maximum capacity of the property is not exceeded.
4. Tourist Tax
The applicable tourist tax is payable in accordance with the legislation in force at the time of the stay.
The current rate is €1.75 per person per night for guests aged 17 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights.
If the legally established tourist-tax rate or its conditions change, the rate legally applicable at the time of the stay will apply.
5. Winter Heating & Gas Consumption
During the winter season, central heating gas consumption is charged separately when the heating system is used.
The current charge is€1.50 per cubic metre (m³)of gas consumed.
This separate charge is intended to encourage responsible energy use and reflects actual consumption during the stay.
6. Water Consumption
Normal water consumption is included in the stay.
To encourage responsible use of resources, consumption exceeding 4 m³ per week may be considered excessive and charged at€10 per additional m³.
7. Electricity Consumption
Normal electricity consumption is included in the stay.
In cases of excessive or abusive consumption, additional electricity usage may be charged at€0.40 per kWh.
8. House Rules
Guests must comply with theHouse Rulesapplicable to Villa Habana.
These include rules concerning maximum occupancy, visitors, quiet hours, parties and events, smoking, pets, safety equipment and responsible use of the property.
9. Safety Requirements
Guests must read and comply with theSafety & Property Information.
Safety devices, including smoke detectors, fire detectors and alarm sensors, must not be disabled, covered, disconnected, modified or otherwise interfered with.
Guests must cooperate promptly if a fire, smoke or other safety alarm is activated, including responding to relevant telephone communications and alarm verification procedures.
10. Swimming Pool & Integrated Spa
The swimming pool and integrated spa are unsupervised facilities. Guests are responsible for using them safely and for following the safety instructions provided.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when in or around the swimming pool and integrated spa.
A removable pool safety fence is available on request and may be requested before arrival when travelling with young children.
11. Damage & Responsible Use
Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property, furniture, equipment, garden, pool and other facilities.
Guests should promptly report significant damage, malfunction or safety concerns discovered during their stay.
12. Cancellation
The cancellation conditions applicable to a reservation are those presented to the guest during the booking process and confirmed with the reservation.
Where a reservation is made through a third-party booking platform, the cancellation conditions applicable to that reservation may also be governed by the conditions displayed by that platform.
13. Serious Breaches
Serious or repeated breaches of the House Rules or safety requirements may result in termination of the stay where permitted under the applicable booking conditions and law.
This includes serious breaches involving unauthorised overnight guests, parties or events, excessive noise, deliberate interference with safety equipment or conduct that creates a significant risk to people, neighbours or the property.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a direct reservation, the guest confirms that they have been given access to and agree to the applicable Booking Terms & Conditions, House Rules and Safety & Property Information presented as part of the booking process.
Where the booking system provides an acceptance mechanism, guests may be required to expressly confirm their acceptance before completing the reservation.
15. Privacy
Personal information relating to enquiries and reservations is processed as described in ourPrivacy Policy.
16. Applicable Law
These conditions are subject to applicable Spanish and Catalan law.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
