1. Accommodation
These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to direct reservations for Villa Habana, a registered tourist accommodation in El Vendrell, Tarragona, Spain.
The maximum permitted number of persons at the Property at any time is 8, including registered guests and daytime visitors.
2. Reservations
A reservation is subject to availability, the price and conditions presented during the booking process, and confirmation of the reservation.
The person making the reservation is responsible for providing accurate booking and guest information and for ensuring that all members of the group comply with the applicable conditions.
3. Registered Guests
Only guests included in the reservation and registered as required by applicable regulations may stay overnight at Villa Habana.
Occasional daytime visitors are permitted provided that the maximum permitted number of persons at the Property is not exceeded.
4. Tourist Tax
Any tourist tax or other statutory amount applicable to the stay is payable in accordance with the legislation in force at the relevant time.
The applicable amount, exemptions, collection method and payment time will be communicated to the guest as required.
5. Winter Heating & Gas Consumption
During the winter season, central heating gas consumption is charged separately when the heating system is used.
The current charge is€1.50 per cubic metre (m³)of gas consumed.
This separate charge is intended to encourage responsible energy use and reflects actual consumption during the stay.
6. Water Consumption
Normal water consumption is included in the stay.
To encourage responsible use of resources, consumption exceeding 4 m³ per week may be considered excessive and charged at€10 per additional m³.
7. Electricity Consumption
Normal electricity consumption is included in the stay.
In cases of excessive or abusive consumption, additional electricity usage may be charged at€0.40 per kWh.
8. House Rules
Guests must comply with theHouse Rulesapplicable to Villa Habana.
These include rules concerning maximum occupancy, visitors and registered guests, quiet hours, parties and events, smoking, pets, swimming pool and integrated spa, safety and alarm equipment, lawn and irrigation, awnings and sunshades, outdoor cushions, the wall-mounted Smart TV, garden and pool maintenance, and responsible use of the property.
9. Safety Requirements
Guests must read and comply with theSafety & Property Information.
Safety devices, including smoke, fire and carbon monoxide detectors and alarm/security equipment, must not be disabled, covered, disconnected, modified, have their batteries removed or otherwise be interfered with.
The Lead Guest must maintain a valid telephone number and be reasonably reachable throughout the stay, including responding promptly to relevant telephone communications and alarm-verification procedures when required for safety or alarm matters, including at night where necessary.
10. Swimming Pool & Integrated Spa
The swimming pool and integrated spa are unsupervised facilities. Guests are responsible for using them safely and for following the safety instructions provided.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when in or around the swimming pool and integrated spa.
A removable pool safety fence is available on request and may be requested before arrival when travelling with young children.
11. Damage & Responsible Use
Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property, furniture, equipment, garden, pool and other facilities.
Guests should promptly report significant damage, malfunction or safety concerns discovered during their stay.
12. Cancellation
The Cancellation Policy made available to and accepted by the guest at the time of booking forms part of the conditions applicable to that reservation.
Subsequent changes to the published Cancellation Policy do not retroactively alter the conditions already accepted for a confirmed reservation.
13. Serious Breaches
Serious or repeated breaches of the House Rules or safety requirements may result in termination of the stay where permitted under the applicable booking conditions and law.
This includes serious breaches involving unauthorised overnight guests, parties or events, excessive noise, deliberate interference with safety equipment or conduct that creates a significant risk to people, neighbours or the property.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the mandatory acceptance step during the direct-booking process, the Lead Guest confirms that they have been given access to and accept:
- the applicable Booking Terms & Conditions;
- the Villa Habana Rental Agreement;
- the House Rules;
- the Cancellation Policy applicable to the reservation; and
- the Safety & Property Information.
The Lead Guest is required to expressly confirm this acceptance before completing the reservation or booking request.
15. Privacy
Personal information relating to enquiries and reservations is processed as described in ourPrivacy Policy.
16. Applicable Law
These conditions are subject to applicable Spanish and Catalan law.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
