1. Maximum Occupancy
Villa Habana accommodates a maximum of8 guests.
Only guests included in the reservation and registered as required by the applicable regulations may stay overnight at the property.
2. Visitors
Occasional daytime visitors are welcome, provided that the total number of people at the property does not exceed its maximum capacity.
Visitors may not stay overnight unless they have been added to the reservation and properly registered.
3. Parties and Events
Villa Habana is located in a quiet residential area intended for family and leisure accommodation.
Parties and events are not permitted.
4. Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 23:00, particularly in the garden, pool and other outdoor areas.
5. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.
6. Pets
Up to 2 small dogs are permitted, subject to the conditions applicable to the reservation.
7. Private Use of the Property
The villa, private pool with integrated spa, garden and outdoor areas are for the exclusive use of registered Villa Habana guests and are not shared with other properties.
8. Alarm and Safety Devices
Guests must not disable, cover, disconnect, remove batteries from, tamper with or otherwise interfere with smoke detectors, fire detectors, alarm sensors or other safety devices at the property.
If a smoke, fire or other safety alarm is activated, guests must respond promptly to calls or other communications relating to the alarm and cooperate with the alarm verification process.
When requested, guests must respond through the property's alarm panel and contact Villa Habana as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Swimming Pool & Integrated Spa
The swimming pool and integrated spa are unsupervised. Guests are responsible for using these facilities safely and for following the safety information provided.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when in or around the swimming pool and integrated spa.
Parents, guardians and responsible accompanying adults are responsible for the supervision and safety of children using or approaching the pool area.
10. Pool Safety Fence
A removable safety fence for the swimming pool is available on request.
Guests travelling with young children may request installation of the safety fence before arrival. The fence does not replace responsible adult supervision.
11. Responsible Use of the Property
Guests are expected to use the property, its equipment and utilities responsibly and to take reasonable care of Villa Habana during their stay.

12. Safety Information
Guests must follow the safety information provided for the villa, swimming pool, integrated spa and other facilities.

13. Compliance with House Rules
Serious or repeated breaches of these House Rules, particularly those involving unauthorised guests, parties, excessive noise, interference with safety equipment or behaviour that affects neighbours or the property, may result in termination of the stay in accordance with the applicable booking conditions.
